In Summer 1999, for the Annual Superior Fire Muster and Parade, I went down to the fire station in the county and brought Town of Superior's Pumper One in for the show.  The Town of Superior is a county fire department separate from the City of Superior, so seeing the county truck in the city limits (seven miles from the district line and twelve miles from the station) is a little unusual.  Even more so since it was sitting in my driveway (in the city) for half an hour before the parade.  So..... Farley and Pumper One traded places, and here you can also see Farley trying to act like a fire engine, sitting in the station alongside our rescue van.  Big shoes to fill.
farley050.jpg (26637 bytes) Recently had my dad in town for a visit.  Since he's mentioned fairly often on the site as not only being a major force in helping me keep the old boy on the road and providing me with a major source of car-care knowledge, he also happens to be Farley's previous owner.  It was high time a picture of dad showed up on Farley's Page.
farley051.jpg (81915 bytes) Farley in all his firefighting glory, or is it his appreciation for Nebraska's Football team showing through?  GO BIG RED!
farley052.jpg (98455 bytes) Farley truly enjoying the end of November snowstorm in Minneapolis, 2001.  Even in these conditions he still starts on the first crank and thinks nothing of those little annoying drifts.  Gotta love rear wheel drive.

It costs money to keep this site operational and up to date, but I have never charged admission.  If you find this site helpful or useful, please consider donating towards the upkeep and future of Farley's Page.  Thank you.
