Actually my 77 had factory steel wheels with hub caps that were 15's.  I thought it was cool to be able to buy "standard" size tires.
Nope not a factory options.  Someone had swapped them out.

Nice Plymouth, but why do all the big blocks always sound so lopey? They sound like they can barely run. It was in remarkable shape for a car in what I consider the salt belt.

It's common for people to put "too much cam, too much carb" when they modify an engine.
A stock big block, which usually had a pretty mild cam, idles very nicely.

Purchased this today.
I like the full wrap around spoiler better,
But this was a third of the price of one.

Mark, Do you know if the rear bumper filler is the same from 76-80?

Here is a better view of the window louvers I am looking for.
The other site has some fiberglass remakes, but 200.00 is too rich for me.

Call me strange I like the horizontal louvers better.  They were truly a Chrysler thing.  The verticals look to much like a rustang to me.

Ok Mr.Strange  :p

I have had both and like these best.
If I cant find the ones I want at a decent price,
I will go with the horizontals.
Which is better then a blank window.

What year stang were you refering to?

I gotta say I like the bigger vertical ones too then the venetian blind look. Altho I didn't even look at that picture and think Mustang until it was said. Thanks a lot!

I saw that the other style just sold on ebay not too long ago for $80 something whcih is a decent price for them I think.

Nice Plymouth, but why do all the big blocks always sound so lopey? They sound like they can barely run. It was in remarkable shape for a car in what I consider the salt belt.
Big blocks like cam, and if you'll turn them they'll make gobs of power even relatively limited on parts deviated from stock.

It's common for people to put "too much cam, too much carb" when they modify an engine.
A stock big block, which usually had a pretty mild cam, idles very nicely.
And the opposite as well.

by 1980, all the good stuff was gone.  Road Runner and R/T  got you a rear spoiler and some nameplates, no flares or louvers.  It was kind of sad.  However the 80 Sport Wagon still got the wheel flares.
I know they weren't standard, but they weren't even offered for '80?

Oh, and I think I've got an extra 100mph cluster or two- definitely one that can go.

Nope, not even offered (except the flares were still used on the Sport Wagon).  80 Road Runner and R/T just got the 3 piece rear spoiler, that was all.  No window louvers or wheel flares.
