My M bodies older sister has arrived

She doesnt run yet :pound: , she needs a lot of cleaning, and some fixing, but eventually , I think I can get her to shine nicely.


Former CHP slick top......enormous rear end, huge 440........this is either going to be a fun project........or its going to kill me

9.25" rear end probably somewhere between 2.7 and 3.2 gears, should have all kinds of good stuff there.
Nice find - these are getting really scarce.  Too many were used as engine donors when people weren't collecting old cop cars.

I like the stance, for an old car, it sits very well. I've been trying to buy one for awhile, always afraid to pull th etrigger. But I am noticing that the prices are going up.......and the quantity available down, so just went for it.

Yeah, for sure. The rust they often got and the numbers around here that weren't rusty didn't help the matter either.

Well, not much as far as updates. Since I purchased the car , my job has gotten more intense.......and there is more traveling....ironically so does my wife....so balancing everything is leaving me with very little time. I also have a few project cars that I ha din line before this one, so it will be awhile before i get it going. On the other hand, I don't want it to be a project that takes years, once i start it, id like to get it back together within a specific timeframe. So for the time being, it sits in a corner of  the garage, taking up a lot of space.
