The car is a 87 fifth ave. Its got headers with 2.5 inch pipe out the back proform ignition 8 1/4 rear new five leave spring pack and remove the iso bs. As for the body i removed the fake vents welded up the holes then it but summit ultra blue pearl

Its bolted down but need to do some body work on it. Been driving around with it on for 2 months just off loaded pics from the phone

Ya had to it was only $1.82. My el camino has one just like it to. Thinking of using the f body shift that came with the center console I like the gates with the reverse lockout and drop down lockout but clear upshifting

That's such a mean shade of blue. It reminds me of the color my father had on his '69 Chevelle.


I've been thinking about removing those fake side vents as well and replacing them with some 50's or 60's era Chrysler badges. Was it a difficult task?


Hope to see more of this especially when that motor goes in!

 :drunky: its repainted and the bucket seats came in same day  :thumb:

Removing the vent is a lot of work there are 4 hole to fill it after removing the vents the right way to finish it is to weld up the holes could be done in bondo but that is half a work

Those valve covers taller than stock? Might be some clearance issues with the brake booster. I know Mark had trouble with his Mopar Performance covers.
