level<br> Check brake fluid level<br> Check clutch fluid level<br> Inspect tires, check tire pressure</font></p> <strong> <p><font size="2">Every 3000 miles / 3 months:</font></strong><font size="2"><br> All items listed above<br> Check automatic transmission fluid level<br> Check power steering fluid level<br> Inspect engine oil and filter<br> Check and service battery<br> Inspect Cooling system<br> Inspect (replace if necessary) all under hood hoses<br> Inspect (replace if necessary) windshield wiper blades<br> Inspect suspension and steering components<br> Inspect exhaust system<br> Check clutch pedal free play<br> Check manual transmission lubricant level<br> Check differential lubricant level</font></p> <strong> <p><font size="2">Every 7500 miles / 6 evaporative emissions control system<br> Check Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system<br> Check thermostatically-controlled air cleaner<br> Check crankcase inlet filter<br> Replace fuel filter<br> Check (clean if necessary) exhaust manifold heat control valve<br> Clean carburetor choke shaft<br> Replace spark plugs<br> Inspect (replace if necessary) spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor.<br> Check (adjust if necessary) idle speed<br> Check (adjust if necessary) ignition timing</font></p> <strong> <p><font size="2">52500 miles / 36 months:</font></strong><font size="2"><br> Replace oxygen sensor - (Electronic Fuel Control system equipped models)</font></p> <strong> <p><font size="2">NOTES:</font></strong><font size="2"><br> <strong><a name="note1">*</a></strong> This item is affected by "severe" operating conditions, as described below. If the vehicle is operated under sever conditions, perform all maintenance indicated with the ( <strong>*</strong> ) at 3000 mile / 3 month intervals.
