For the first time in recorded history, two
frequent visitors of Farley's Forum, Mike Taylor and Joe Coyle, got together and took
pictures of their cars side by side at Katchiwano Golf & Country Club in Lakefield
Ontario. The white car is Mike's
Chrysler Fifth Avenue. The black car is
Joe's civilian Plymouth Caravelle mocked up to look like an ex-law enforcement
car. Mike posted these to the Forum, and wrote: Here they are.
I'm pretty sure that this is probably the "first" meeting
between any of us, by that I mean two members that didn't know each other
before this forum. No pictures of us together (two reasons, A- our cars
are a more interesting subject when you're on a car site than people are,
and B- there were just the two of us there taking pictures with an
overpriced disposable camera, no-one around to snap one). Anyway here are
the pictures, 6 so far, the rest are more or less identical.
