Because it's been hot for so long, the A/C is losing the battle.
Best I have upstairs is 78.
Then again I only have a 5100 and 9000 btu units running.

Have a couple back up A/Cs, because if one goes during a hot spell like this, the stores won't have any.

Hot streak was ended here.
It says it's 68F outside now.

During the hot spell, it was 78 in the house with the A/C full tilt.

That'll make it all out oven-esque in my shop
I'm guessing it'll be well past 110° beside my press by 1:00.
The weather clowns say we should beat alltime records for this day in history.

Broke the high temp record yesterday, so Ice Cold was popular at work.

There's a ice machine @ 1/4 mile away from where I'm working. Grabbed a lift truck, and took cups of ice back for the guys all day.

Then when I came home for lunch, I grabbed a big box of popsicles and handed them out.
I think the company owes me. :whist: They have 4 bucks. :doh:
Have'nt asked, but it was the popsicles were the talk at work. :p

Need 'Dickie Dee' bells for my lift truck  :D

Baseball,tennis,soccer,golf games cancelled.
Car shine jobs and hairdoos ruined.
Beach vendors are losing money. Sales are down 10,000%. They might need government aid.
Schools closed. Pulling the buses off the road at 12pm.
