That was a real measurement. Join the rest of the world  :umm:
That wasn't a real measurement. -22F is a real measurement.

Not to most of the world.

It's not my fault the rest of the world is wrong.

The world doesn't exist solely in increments of 10. Fractionalizing practical measurements just works better.

We had some ice accumulations here this week.  And now I have this cool 7 1/4 inch ice sculpture.

It was above zero today when I woke up today so I washed my car. First time this year it was warm enough to do it.  It'll probably be a frozen block tomorrow tho.

It was a little sunny this morning , then 1pm it started to snow like [Edited]. I was gonna finish off the snow from the last storm by firing over the un-used M's. I have a foot and at one point I got stopped by the snow, had to back up and take a run.
Now for the real fun part...shoveling AGAIN. :pound:

Heart attack is more like it. :x I tried to make a run out of my garage and only made it w/ the rear wheels on the road. The rest of the car was buried in snow and stuck. I haven't been that stuck since Dec 2006.

at least you weren't high-centered on the driveshaft on top of ice and having your rear tires not even contacting the ground!

I pulled one out that was like that. Amazingly, Civics do not get excellent traction on 6" of snow on top of 3" of mud.

When a FWD gets stuck with the wheels in a bad place, it's over. A RWD you may be able to dig out, may be able to lean around, and may be able to not dig deeper in the crap. A FWD won't slide in ice as much though.

Yeah, I saw a stuck 4x4 dually Superduty a while back. They have a big ol' 4x4 and so they have no problems at all about getting stuck... of course their tires are awful and it is a wonder they don't get stuck more often. The lil' 4x4s often flip. Too light to be very crazy in the snow/ice, only a bit more traction than a 2wd full size.
