Oddly enough I haven't seen many decent ones around here stripped out. Then again rust got to most of them.
Even with a 360 mine had no problem passing the sniffer test but I did put a new cat on it because I had the catless y-pipe before and made sure the EGR system was working properly. It was such a nieusance getting it tested tho. I just went through that with another car before parking it for the winter with expired plates, then they cancelled the program a week later. Had I known I wouldn't have bothered. At least it didnt' cost me anything but 2-3 hours of wasted time.

Unlike American cops, unless you had pounds, it wasn't a big deal unless you where a jerk to the cop.

Funny, here if you had a gun and weed in the car, you would fry for the gun and the weed wasn't a big deal.

Here it varies. Some will nail you for a bit of shake, some won't. It varies with agency and officer. My personal opinion is to not nail someone for a bit of shake if the attitude is good and everything else is fine (license, no warrants). Juveniles, grind it on the ground with their foot and let their parents know. They don't need to be arrested.

Like a lot of folks up here, I've been smoking joints for over 40 yrs.
The new laws still leave grey areas.
Unless you have government weed, it's gray.
You can grow 4 plants with government seed, but how do they prove it?
I can give weed to friends, but is it government weed or not?
Did it just come from his 4 plants and was it government seeds?
Now you are 3rd party=grey area.

Now I should stop to smoke a joint rather than smoke in the car.
Have to carry it in the trunk.
I don't have to hide in the back 40 at car shows, now I can be calm in the back 40.
