Remove what is left of the old bushing from the pass. side before you try to install the new one!!  Also, it is alot easier if you remove the whole linkage, replace the bushings, and then reinstall.

i didnt see the "tit" above that hook..and it came with2 bushings.. so i have to go to advance and buy 1 more box . I just zip tied the drivers side to the pass. linkage because i almost ripped my arm off to get the thing on. I'm gunna  take my wiper arms off and move them down and sacrafice some top stoping point for some lower stoping point  i believe its the motor.. LUKE.. I NEED THE MOTOR.. i read where the park position wears out on them and stays in the int. pos.

Did this a few months ago..Take the whole linkage assembly out, its faster than trying to screw with it in place. Those small plastic bushings are a [Edited by Farley's] to get in.

mine will park sometimes, other times they won't. i do believe it's the linkage, since it acts like it's a little off alignment since when they do park properly, the travel over the windshield is correct, but when not, the travel isn't complete both ways. now crazy as this sounds, battery voltage is an issue. when it wasn't charging right, the wipers moved slowly and didn't seem to end up at the right spot since they'd quit before they'd coast into park position. (unlike GMs, they won't stop and then pull down, the momentum finishes it) but when it has a new alternator and is charging right, they pull right down where they belong. although sometimes they end up below the windshield. same with my power locks, if the charge was not to par, only two or one would pop down or up, now they all go 'pop!' and go down at once or up at once.
