Brett,
I had not been able to find one when looking some time ago for my AHB.
I ended up going with a 2 piece unit made for a B body that worked out quite well. 2 1/4"

Does it need to be original? There are a lot of replacement ones that are made to fit and more that will work even tho they are for other cars.

I assume he wants the 318-4 with the "bulge" at the end.
One could possibly be fabricated with a civilian tail pipe and a "bulge" from the end of a 90's Grand Cherokee V8 tail pipe.

I saved one for the longest time and then finally used it when I had my A38/E58 Aspen, and I extended the dual exhaust out to the bumper and I wanted the turn down to match.
