My one torsion bar has a bend in the part that runs laterally. Can that be adjusted away or is it toast?

Interesting.
I just found out I know who restored this car. It was done in 1999 and has been through a few owners since then.
based on who did the restoration I'd say all the equipment is correct.

What gear ratio's did they have ?  I Have a OHIO 1989 AHB.
All 1980-1989 Dodge/Plymouth police cars had the 2.9 rear gears with the 318-4bbl motor (which Ohio State Patrol used).
The 318-2bbl police cars usually had the 2.2 gears, but there was a fairly rare option to get 2.9 gears in them.

The good news is Ohio got the Sure Grip rear end in their cars. Some agencies did not.

THe equipment looks period correct anyway but but not a lot of cars end up at auction with everything still in place so it could have been added back in at some point.  It's cool tho having it.
Ohio stripped their cars of markings and equipment before sale. About the only thing left behind were the switch panels and the spot lights. No decals, no antennas, no radio equipment, etc.
However, if one paid careful attention outdated emergency equipment often came up for sale at separate auctions, among the desks and tables and other surplus stuff.

A couple more items on the cars:
Ohio used an old Chrysler color, Silver Cloud Metallic, on the cars. It was used on a lot of cars in the 1970s but I ordered A2 paint for a 1977 Cordoba in that color and it was a match.
Ohio ordered Sure Grip in the cars, but did not order silicone hoses or engine oil coolers.

The police equipement? To me it looks right on this car but I really don't know for sure as it's not my area of expertise.
