New SMF update

https access should be better ( https://www.dippy.org/forum2/ ) and we are now php 7 compatible so I can bump up to php 7.




You MAY get an error message when using https with Firefox or maybe some other browsers, because photos from other sites may not be transferred securely.

I have no idea wtf happened, but to get back in go view a member's profile.  It'll tell you to login and it'll work.  Only way I was able to log back on.  I stumbled on that fix by accident looking for contact information for Dave.

Dave, I cleared cache and even used Internet Explorer (which I never used before to visit the site).  Always said my session timed out.

I had to do the Mark method again after returning to Dippy, even though I should stayed logged on.
