Shiny!  Are you going to tap and run a screw into the air injection holes?

If you've got them out on a bench, I'd weld those things shut. Just get an appropriate-sized steel rod, weld it in, cut it off, and grind it flat.

This reply is to Mark and Ark,
What is the benifit to plugging them?
I always remove the emission tubes and plug the exhaust manifold pipe ports,
But have never plugged those on the heads.
I have never had a problem with the numerous trucks that I have done.
Could there be a problem with vapor lock or something?
Please teach me about this and I may always do it in the future.
If I was running headers I can see why,
But these will be bolted to the stock M Manifolds.
Its just going to be slighly modified stock,
just below having to have a stall converter.
Thanks.

Never mind then, my brain just went straight to headers.  If you had headers on the car each one of those holes would be an exhaust leak.

No Nothing special.
I talked to the machinest about 202 valves ect,
and he said if you dont have a substantial cam to go with it
your just wasting your money.
The 308s from what I have read are good breathing heads just like they are.
Back in the day I would have one or 2 bad valves replaced or shim the springs.
Now I just do it all with new parts and forget about it.

That pic was taken with the sun on them.
Thats the bare cast iron, not painted.
If I dont get some pant on them quick,
they will start to surface rust.

This is the other stuff that goes with those heads that I had done last month.
Polish the standard size crank.
