Hi guys,

Thanks for your continuous help in promptly reporting spammers.  We really appreciate the heads up because it helps keep the board free from this low form of vermin. 

One favor that we would like to ask you is to NOT to quote any of their posts for the following reasons:

• Quoting their junk HELPS them because all of their links get duplicated.
• Many spam links can contain malicious code, and quoting them only opens up more opportunities for someone to click on them and get their system trashed.
• Finally, we have to remove all of the junk.  Mods have a nice feature that allows us to delete spammer accounts and ALL of their posts at once, so it's no big deal cleaning up spam.  The problem arises when their stuff gets quoted, because quoted spam doesn't get picked up in the mass delete function.  We end up going through every thread to look for quoted spam.  Not fun.   

If you see any spam, just click on the "Report to moderator" link at the bottom right of the post. We will get an email message with a link to the post, and will take care of it from there.  Please don't quote their junk.

Again, thanks for the great job that you guys have been doing to report these bottom feeders.
