I could use one of those front leaf spring perches right about now...
That other pic that you called the front T- bar is the rear leaf spring hanger.
And lsm is right, that other piece with the rod looks like a front sway bar hanger.

Used metal rad, AC evaporator that he says is good,, 3 wiper motors, a couple big double pulley alternators, a couple cop brake drums, new but surface rust and some other odd and sods.
