360 heads
« on: October 23, 2017, 16:20:56 »

I'm trying to see if anyone here has an interest in a set of 1986 360 heads. These are 'S' code 360 heads that came on my crate motor when I bought it. I have maybe 1500 miles on this motor so far. I do drive it, just not much. I purchased this brand new crate motor 1/30/2017. It was installed 4/2017.

I'm probably gonna be replacing them with a set of decent Edelbrock heads for roller cam engines. I don't care about huge gains, I just want to make it less anemic. And to be honest, I have no idea what they're worth. I figured I'd offer them up here first to you guys.

Just checking to see if there's any interest before I ask around on a FB group.

Thanks for looking.

Are they closed chamber or open?

The only closed chamber factory heads with a 340/360 port size are Magnum heads.

Honestly, they aren't worth much.  I just gave a set away.  Since they're fresh though you might be able to get $100 or so for them if you can find the right buyer.  Finding said buyer though is the hard part.
