It was 4*F this morning in my part of MD.  The water pipes in the bathroom froze last night.   They freeze up pretty easily because part of the bathroom is over open airspace in the garage.  I finally got them thawed after I realized that if I closed the laundry room door just below the bathroom, it trapped the heat coming from the register in the floor.  The trapped heat warmed the ceiling drywall above it and kept the airspace above it where the pipes were warm enough to keep them from freezing. :thumb:  Another old trick is to let the faucets trickle a little bit to keep the water moving.  There have been lots of water main breaks around town too.  :doh: - RR

Got freekin hit by snow squalls. :doh:
2nd time this winter I looked at my driveway and said I'm going on Kijij and get a plow here. :p
It's high when I'm pushing the snow with my back bumper and see an imprint of the underside in the snow. :doh:
