Sounds good overall. What heads specifically? The intake is more of an economy one from my understanding but it is the best of the econo intakes and is comparable to entry-level performance intakes (RPM, for instance).

naw, a street dominator, from a performance standpoint is a step below a good dual plane intake (RPM, Air gap, LD340, or weiand stealth)

I'm aware it's not quite as good but it is a good intake nonetheless and I can't imagine there to be too much difference between them. Some of the economy intakes were awful and this one wasn't.

I'm running an Air Gap RPM intake on my AHB. Had to cut the base of the air cleaner and make a gasket to seal it for it to clear the stock hood. great intake also. A friend of mine has the Holley Dominator intake on his basically stock 350 in a '70 Nova, it has decent performance but hard to tell the potential when the motor is almost stock.

The intake was free so it is a good econony intake. Don't know what 360 heads i get them tomarrow. i have not torn into the block in my car. When i get some time i will and if it is a roller block i will use it not the 70's 318

Well regardless of what anyone says, you just can't beat a free intake.

Besides, if you don't like it for any reason, they're easy enough to swap.

Where did you get your heads from? New or used? Iron or aluminum?

So $225 for a completely rebuilt set of 360 heads? Sounds good to me.

The one here was charging that for EFI heads. But they didn't want to give me the core for Magnum heads... (I'm mean)  :whist:
