Hey there, I was just wondering. Since I am about 6'3" I generally have some issues with leg room in older cars, my fifth isn't bad but if I could get an extra inch or two of room on the drivers side that would be great, is there any way to do that which is somewhat simple? Any input would be appreciated!

If you've got plenty of headroom you can raise yourself up.

Drive without shoes. That should give you an inch.

The only way to do it is to remove the seat and drill new holes to mount it back an inch or two.

yup we have to do this on some new cars during the dealer prep when a big or tall person guys a small car

FWIW, I did the drill holes/move back seat in my Aspen. All cars I have driven, the seat has to go all the way back. Only car I drove where that wasn't true was a 85 T-Bird. The power seats in a M give a bit more room than non power.
